Located near Mexico's northern border in Southern California, Los Angeles provides cruises to the Hawaiian Islands and additional ports in Mexico. Cruises are offered in round-trip, 14-, 24-, 31- and 45-day itineraries, with sailings departing from November to April. Popular Hawaiian port stops include Hilo, Honolulu, Nawiliwili and Lahaina, with additional Mexican port stops in Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas and La Paz. Cunard Cruise Lines

Cunard Cruise Lines' ship, Queen Victoria, sails on 14-day, round-trip journeys from Los Angeles to the Hawaiian Islands. Sailings depart in January and February and include the Hawaiian ports of Hilo, Honolulu, Nawiliwili and Lahaina, and Ensenada, Mexico. Built in 2007, the Queen Victoria holds a capacity of 2,014 in addition to a crew size of 900.

Princess Cruise Lines

Golden Princess and Sapphire Princess, part of the Princess Cruise Lines fleet, sail in round-trip, 14-day cruises from Los Angeles to the Hawaii Islands. Sailing in January, March, April, September and November, the Golden Princess goes to the Hawaiian ports of Hilo, Honolulu, Kauai, Lahaina and Nawiliwili, as well as Ensenada, Mexico. The Sapphire Princess sails from January to March and visits the same Hawaiian and Mexican ports. The Golden Princess, which was built in 2001, has a passenger capacity of 2,600 in addition to a crew of 1,200. The Sapphire Princess holds a passenger capacity of 2,670 in addition to its crew of 1,100, and was built in 2004.

Crystal Cruise Lines

Crystal Symphony, a part of the Crystal Cruise Lines fleet, sails in 14-, 24-, 31- and 45-day, round-trip cruises from Los Angeles to the Hawaiian Islands. Cruises sail in April, November and December, and Hawaiian ports visited on the 14-day option include Hilo, Honolulu, Nawiliwili and Lahaina, as well as Ensenada, Mexico. The 24-, 31- and 45-day options add time in the Mexican ports of Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Topolobampo, Loreto, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. Built in 1995 and refurbished in 2006, the Crystal Symphony has a passenger capacity of 922 in addition to a crew of 545.
