Ski Lodges in Oregon
Oregon is home to the Cascade Mountains, which receive heavy annual snowfall, making it an ideal place for downhill skiing. Visitors will find a variety of ski lodges in the Cascades to choose from. Many of them feature ski in/ski out access or are within a mile drive of a ski area. Many also offer discounted lift tickets.

Timberline Lodge

Timberline Lodge is a ski in/ski out lodge located in the Timberline ski area on Mount Hood. It features several types of lodging, including bunk rooms that can accommodate 10 guests, fireplace rooms with two king beds and corner rooms with a king and two twins. All rooms include complimentary toiletries and satellite TVs; there are sitting areas in select rooms. There are also five restaurants on-site, including one for fine dining, a pub and a cafe for skiers who are in a hurry to get back on the slopes. The lodge also features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a gift shop and a sauna. The Timberline ski area has 41 downhill slopes, seven ski lifts and five terrain parks, as well as a beginners' area. There is also night skiing.

Cooper Spur Mountain Resort

Cooper Spur Mountain Resort is a ski in/ski out resort at the Cooper Spur ski area on Mount Hood. It offers six lodge rooms that can accommodate up to four guests and include a microwave, refrigerator and cable TV. The resort has an on-site, dinner-only steak house that has views of the ski area. Other amenities include four hot tubs, a large deck are with chairs and a picnic area with barbecue grills. There are also several hiking trails. Copper Spur ski area includes 10 downhill runs, one ski lift and a terrain park. The area is ideal for beginners because the terrain isn't as steep as surrounding ski areas.

Mount Hood Inn

Mount Hood Inn is directly across the street from Mount Hood Ski Bowl and offers discounted lift tickets for the Ski Bowl and several other area ski areas, including Timberline and Summit. Rooms feature flat-panel satellite TVs, microwaves and refrigerators. Continental breakfast is served daily. There are also whirlpools in select rooms. The inn also has covered parking as well as ski lockers and a ski-tuning facility. The Mount Hood Ski Bowl has 65 downhill runs, nine lifts and a terrain park. Thirty-four runs are lighted for night skiing.
