The Columbia Metropolitan Airport, similar to a city, has 50 agencies and business on the 2600-acre property. Five major airlines service the airport, and several hotels are at the airport in the two-mile corridor between the airport property and Interstate 26. Some of the hotels provide airport shuttle service for their guests.

The Holiday Inn Columbia is located at the Interstate-26 interchange that services airport traffic. The Inn's features include an airport shuttle, meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 250, a health and fitness center and a pool. The Magnolia Grill serves breakfast and lunch. Pets are allowed for a fee.

The Days Inn and Suite Airport West Columbia is less than two miles from the Columbia Airport.
