Gustav's Bier Stube

Serving traditional home-style German cooking with a Northwest twist, Gustav's Bier Stube is a local favorite in Northeast Portland. With an eclectic mix of classic European dishes, fresh Northwest fish, schnitzel and fondue, the restaurant accommodates a variety of palates. Choose from an assortment of Swiss cheese fondues, including Dungeness crab with roasted red pepper and smoked bier sausage with homemade pesto. The Melting Pot

With more than 145 locations in North America, the Melting Pot offers a fun and unique dining experience in the center of downtown Portland. With an array of cheese, meat and dessert fondues, guests can either order items individually or try the restaurant's signature four-course meal, with choice of cheese, salad, main course and dessert. Each entree is made to order with four different fondue cooking styles--from fresh herbs, garlic, mushrooms and burgundy wine to Caribbean-seasoned bouillon with garlic and citrus. Food is cooked at the table by the customers, allowing guests to personalize each bite.
