The best honeymoon cruises include luxury accommodations, fine dining, interesting ports of call and fun activities. Oceania Cruises, SeaDream Yacht Club and SilverSea Cruises -- The Americas have it all. The cruises are on well-appointed small ships, with unique and varied destinations that should afford many photo opportunities and leave a lasting memory.

Oceania Cruises offers honeymooners lavish, neoclassically furnished staterooms and suites, with most having private verandas. Unique itineraries are offered, including South America, the Caribbean, Asia, the Panama Canal, Europe and the Mediterranean. Guests are pampered with an almost 1-to-1 ratio of guests to staff. The fleet has three ships: the Regatta, Nautica and Insignia. All three include an award-winning spa, Canyon Ranch, that offers guests relaxation and wellness services.

For an elegant, five-star dining experience, guests can choose the European Grand Dining Room. Toscana specializes in Tuscan dishes created by Oceania's Italian culinary staff. Polo Grill offers moonlight views out large windows and serves steaks. Tapas on the Terrace features casual dining under the stars, with buffet favorites from Spain and the Mediterranean.

SeaDream Yacht Club

Some of the best cruises are to the Greek islands, the Mediterranean, and the Adriatic and Black seas.

SeaDream Yacht Club is for honeymooners who enjoy having a personal yacht-cruising experience with just 112 passengers. It offers some of the same amenities as the large ships, just on an intimate scale. If you choose, you can sleep under the stars on the Balinese Dream Beds or request turn-down service in your stateroom. You can choose to either dine in the elegant dining room or enjoy casual dining alfresco on the yacht deck. The chef prepares specialty dishes, and wines from around the world can be tasted. There also is a swimming pool, formal dining room, media room, and a spa and fitness center. Caviar is served 24 hours. Luxury furnished staterooms include cotton duvets and Belgian linens, a plush bathrobe and slippers. There are marble baths for two, and 24-hour room service is available.

Several voyage options to the Caribbean include five, seven, nine and 14 nights to ports where larger ships cannot dock. European voyages take guests to the Greek islands, the Mediterranean, and the Adriatic and Black seas.
