The urban village of Rosslyn in Virginia is the last stop before Washington, DC, and is Arlington's closest village to the Potomac River. It is a key tourist destination, with increased culture and sculpture, a vibrant nightlife, good restaurants and extensive accessibility. Key Bridge and the Iwo Jima Memorial are some of the points of interest. Freedom Park, Rosslyn Highlands Park and the Theodore Roosevelt Island Park are among the areas for outdoor activities. This Holiday Inn hotel in downtown Rosslyn is right beside the Potomac River across Key Bridge, overlooking Washington DC. There are 307 guest rooms on 17 floors, 28 of which are suites. All rooms have cable satellite TV, coffee and tea makers, mini refrigerators, desks and phones. There are 200 indoor parking spaces for passenger vehicles of guests, fitness and business centers, wireless high-speed Internet, a gift shop and an indoor pool. For dining, there is the Potomac Park Coffee Shop & Bistro, and the Vantage Point Restaurant & Lounge. No pets are allowed.

The 162-room, 10-floor Courtyard Arlington Rosslyn is minutes from Reagan National Airport, historic Georgetown and downtown Washington. Nearby are the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery and other attractions. Guest rooms have wired high-speed Internet access while other areas have wireless access. The hotel has a smoke-free policy. It has on-site pay parking facilities, business and fitness centers, and two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 40 people. The on-site Courtyard Café opens for breakfast only, but there are a number of restaurants nearby. No pets are allowed.
