As of February 2010, Red Robin's gluten-free menu includes beef, chicken, salmon and turkey burgers (order without Red Robin seasoning and request lettuce wedges instead of a bun). For gluten-tolerant guests, Red Robin offers six salads with a choice of four dressings--balsamic vinaigrette, creamy Caesar, bleu cheese and honey‐mustard poppy seed.
