Mystic is a small village in southern Connecticut nestled on the shores of the Mystic River near the Long Island Sound. Famous for having the world's largest nautical museum, Mystic has been an active seaport since native Pequot tribes claimed the area in 1665. The ocean-side landscape provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure bathed in refreshing sea spray, and the restaurants of Mystic offer a place to relax and dine with drinks and good food.

Bravo Bravo Restaurant

Bravo Bravo Restaurant is a quaint Italian eatery specializing in fresh seafood called "better than most New York City restaurants" by Zagat. Diners are offered a lovely view of downtown Mystic through large picture windows while surrounded by flickering white candles, mirrored walls and artful black-and-white photography. Besides seafood and creative pastas, a specialty of Bravo Bravo is a variety of over-sized martinis and exceptional wines.

Signature dishes include: veal ravioli with marinara, sauteed mushrooms, roasted garlic, rosemary and goat cheese; osso bucco cooked in wine and veal stock with tomatoes; and seafood stew with mussels, clams, scallops, lobster and fish over fresh linguine. The bar offers beer and wine, plus mixed drinks such as the mojito, bellini, margarita and bloody Mary.
