Arkansas, known as the natural state, takes great pride in maintaining a large part of its wilderness. The state has a relatively low population density and this allows much of the forests and natural views to remain uncluttered by human construction and presence. Since tourism to see the natural beauty of the state is a profitable business, many people build and rent cabins in remote locations for the outdoors enthusiast to enjoy the joys of the state from a comfortable home base.

Bear Creek Log Cabins

The Bear Creek Log Cabins are just minutes from the middle of The Buffalo River, a popular river to float and canoe on. The cabin owners also offer land on which to both hunt and farm as long as guests possess the necessary permits to do so. As well, they provide a place to enjoy ATV's safely on their land. The cabins are also located close enough to civilization that a day trip to Branson or Eureka Springs is not an unreasonable idea.
