For the outdoor traveler who truly does not want to set foot in his car once he arrives in Salmon, there's the Stagecoach Inn. Upon arrival, the outdoor adventurer will find plenty of parking in the hotel's lot before checking into one of the hotel's 100 rooms, 65 of which offer balconies.
