Blanding is a Southeastern Utah town that offers tourists access to recreational sites such as Canyonland National Park. This area features the 12-mile Shay Ridge Hiking trail, as well as the 25-mile Cottonwood Wash ATV riding trail. Blanding is also less than 30 minutes from the Old Blue Mountain Ski Resort on Abajo Peak, which offers opportunities for cross-country skiing. Four Corners Inn

Four Corners Inn is a locally-owned lodging accommodation that provides its guests with quick access to recreational sites such as the Blanding end of the Bicentennial Scenic Byway. Developed in 1976, this 133-mile road extends from Blanding to Hanksville, Utah and offers its travelers chances for hiking and cycling. The motel also is near Blanding Reservoir #4, an 80-acre lake that has facilities for fishing and boating. Four Corners Inn provides its guests with amenities such a complimentary continental breakfast and the staff at the motel can assist you in arranging tour packages for the attractions in and around Blanding. Each guest room has a queen-size bed and some of the suites at Four Corners include a microwave and refrigerator. Children are allowed to stay for free and discounts are available for AARP and AAA members.

Comfort Inn

Comfort Inn, a Choice Hotel, is located on South Main Street and provides its guests with amenities such as a business center with fax services, fitness center and an on-site restaurant, Old Tymer's, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each guest room at Comfort Inn features free access to high-speed Internet and some of the rooms include a whirlpool hot tub. Pets are not allowed to stay at this hotel. Comfort Inn is less than five miles from the Edge of Cedars State Park. This recreational site has hiking trails, such as the Indian Ruin Trail, which offers access to an ancient Pueblo tribe settlement. The hotel also is less than 15 minutes from the 62-mile ATV trail, Peavine Corridor Drive.

Super 8

The Blanding chapter of Super 8 features amenities such as parking spaces for RVs and large trucks, a guest laundromat and an adjacent dining establishment, Taco Time, a Mexican restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Guest rooms at Super 8 include cable television and free local calls. This hotel is a completely smoke-free facility and children under 12 are allowed to stay for free. Super 8 is located on Main Street/U.S. Highway 191, which enables guests to have quick access to recreational areas, including Recapture Reservoir, which is approximately 20 minutes north of the hotel. Recapture Reservoir provides its visitors with chances for fishing and boating excursions, as well as grounds for camping and picnics.
