Year-long mild temperatures and breathtaking scenery make Sedona one of the most popular destinations in Arizona. The city attracts more than four million tourists each year who visit to see the beautiful red-rock formations. Outdoor activities include hiking and biking as well as popular attractions like the Out of Africa Wildlife Park and hot air balloon rides over the Red Rocks. Sedona has many resorts for visitors to enjoy.

Los Abrigados

Los Abrigados is on 22 acres filled with fountains and trails and sits along the banks of Oak Creek. Views of the Red Rocks can be seen from anywhere in the resort. The spa offers massages, facial and skin treatments as well as fitness classes and a creek-side park. All the rooms come with two large-screen TVs, a patio and a kitchen. Some rooms are equipped with gas fireplaces and living rooms. The resort offers a Farmers Market, kids camp, tennis courts, Internet access and a sculpture garden. There are two hotel restaurants. Joey serves Italian food and is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, and Stakes & Sticks, a sports bar and grill, is open for lunch and dinner every day. Nearby attractions include the Sedona Historical Museum, Native American ruins and Montezuma Castle National Monument.

Enchantment Resort

Enchantment Resort is in Boynton Canyon and sits on 70 acres of land with hiking, biking and golfing available. Every room has a patio with views of the surrounding area as well as free Internet access, mini-bar and in-room movies. Some rooms include kitchens, fireplaces and a private pool. The Mii amo spa provides traditional Ayurvedic and Native American treatments such as the Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic full body massage focusing on removal of toxins. The resort offers a kids program and a Native American program that features programs such as the Talking Circle, Medicine Walk and documentaries. It has three on-site restaurants, Yavapai, Tii Gavo and the Mii amo Café.

L'Auberge de Sedona

L'Auberge de Sedona is within walking distance from the many shops and galleries in uptown Sedona. On the banks of Oak Creek, the resort sits on 11 acres in the center of the Red Rocks. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast of baked goods and coffee as well as a free wine and cheese reception each night. Every Friday night is a Stargazing program presented by a professional astronomer. Hotel amenities include a swimming pool, free valet parking, dry cleaning service and wireless Internet access. Each room comes with cable TV, a patio or balcony, free bottled water and bathrobes. The Serenite Spa offers treatments using plant-based oils and natural ingredients.
