When booking a meeting room in a hotel, consideration should be given to the size of the rooms and the seating capacity, the location of the hotel--convenience too, travel time to and from the hotel, dates, the rate range desired and the amenities and services provided. Additionally, take payment issues, restrictions, cancellation policies and security supplied into account. Prior to signing a contract, ensure that your business needs will be met and that you understand the provisions of the contract.
