According to the Woodville City website, this small Ohio town considers itself to be the lime capital of the world--not the fruit, of course, but the mineral. Many of its residents work in the nearby lime plants. The city is also close to the Eagle Lake Camping Resort and the Schedel Arboretum & Gardens. Although there are no hotels in Woodville, there are some in neighboring communities such as Millbury and Perrysburg.

The Super 8 in Millbury is within half an hour of attractions like Cedar Point and cities like Toledo, Perrysburg and Woodville. The hotel features rooms with 25-inch remote-controlled televisions, a designated pet walk, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access and RV parking for those taking a break from staying in the outdoors.

The Hampton Inn & Suites hotel is located in between Woodville and Toledo. Some of the nearby attractions include Toledo's extensive trails system and the Maumee River, where guests can fish and swim. This 98-room hotel includes guest rooms with either one king bed or two queen beds. Some of the rooms also include sofa sleepers and whirlpool tubs. Many of the suites in the hotel include both of these.

Guests can take advantage of recreation opportunities that are inside the hotel as well as those that surround the hotel. On the hotel's lawn, visitors can take a brisk walk or a jog on the track that encircles the hotel. Those who want to stay inside the hotel can swim laps in the indoor pool or workout in the fitness center.

Holiday Inn Hotel

The Holiday Inn in Perrysburg features a French Quarters-style decor that includes a kids area, which includes a pool, a water basketball hoop and ping pong, foosball and billiard tables. The hotel is within 10 minutes of the Toledo Zoo, where much of the indigenous wildlife--including bears--is on display.

The hotel features Wi-Fi Internet access, meeting rooms and a conference center. Each of the hotel's 299 rooms also include whirlpool bathtubs, work desks with lamps and sofa beds.
