The founder of Ziggy's Bar and Grill followed the philosophy of serving healthy food in a casual setting. The menu offers extensive selections of low sugar, low carb, low fat and vegetarian dishes. Breakfast is served seven days a week using only organic, local, cage-free eggs. Choose from options such as Ziggy's breakfast hash--hash browns made with sweet potato, garlic ground turkey and onions topped with two eggs. For lunch or dinner, entrees are served with a choice of two sides. Entree options include veggie loaf, whole wheat spaghetti, organic top sirloin steak and grilled Atlantic salmon.
