The capital of Wisconsin, Madison is 80 miles west of Milwaukee. The city is home to the Capital City Trail, a 6.8-mile stretch for road and mountain-biking, day-hiking and in-line skating that provides views of sites like the Wisconsin State Capitol Building and Lake Monona. Specializing in Italian cuisine, Flat Top Grill operates fourteen restaurants in the Wisconsin area. The Madison location is five miles from the Capital City Trail in the Hilldale Mall. The restaurant features create-your-own stir fry, allowing guests to combine ingredients like chicken, beef and seafood as well as vegetables.
