Referred to as "the Beverly Hills of Tennesee," Cool Springs is a wealthy suburban area near the city of Nashville. The majority of the area is within the border of Franklin, Tennessee with a small area in Brentwood as well. Best known as home to the upscale Cool Springs Galleria, a shopping mall with five department stores and over 165 smaller stores, the area has continued to develop rapidly.
