Riverside, New Jersey, rests on the banks of the Delaware River and is a suburb of the Greater Philadelphia area. Due to its location on the river, Riverside's tourists are provided chances to undertake water activities, such as fishing and boating. Riverside is less than 10 minutes from the Rancocas Nature Center, a 1,100-acre park that facilitates birdwatching and has paths for nature walks. Riverside's neighboring towns have hotels for you to stay during your visit.

Holiday Inn is located on the West Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill, approximately 15 minutes from Riverside. Hampton Inn is less than 25 minutes from Riverside in the town of Bensalem, Pa. This hotel provides guests with amenities such as a complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor swimming pool and business center with fax services. Some of the guestrooms at Hampton Inn include king-sized or queen-sized beds, as well as a sofa bed and work desk. Since it is located right off of U.S. Highway 1, guests who stay at the Hampton Inn will have quick access to recreational sites, including Neshaminy State Park and Pennypack Park.
