Cracked Crab
Serving fine food in a casual setting, the Cracked Crab serves local seafood, but can accommodate meat eaters or vegetarians. It uses no trans fats in its meals, and tries to use mainly local ingredients. The menu is updated daily, depending on what ingredients are available and what the chef's choice is. The Cracked Crab opened in 1999 and continues to serve one block away from the San Luis Obispo Bay coastline.
