F.I.S.H

After a day of hiking at nearby Marshlands Conservancy, consider dining at F.I.S.H. As the name implies, seafood is its specialty. If the weather is nice, ask for a seat on the outdoor patio, which overlooks the Byram River. The menu changes monthly, featuring seafood found specifically in local waters. All produce comes from an organic farm in upstate New York. Sample appetizers include Hawaiian tuna guacamole, steamed shrimp dumplings and barbecued duck wings with pineapple hash. Check out the raw bar for shrimp, mussels and oysters. Entrees include wild Alaskan halibut, crab-crusted Boston cod and pan-roasted red snapper. For those who aren't fans of seafood, consider wood-roasted chicken or panko-crusted pork chops.
