Ohio Fishing Clubs

Ohio Fishing Clubs
The Buckeye State is home to thousands of fishing enthusiasts who angle for trout, trophy-size catfish, coho salmon and more on its fast-moving rivers. Inland lakes and ponds, including Deer Creek Lake and Farm Pond are top destinations for bass and muskie fishing. Sportfishing for northern pike, pickerel and Chinook salmon on Lake Erie is also popular. A number of Ohio fishing clubs sponsor outings, special events and tournaments across the state.

Today, the club continues to provide information on muskie catches and to promote muskie sport fishing. The club sponsors two outings per year, a night fishing tournament and an annual open fishing contest in mid-July. The club's website provides links to resources and information, up-to-date lake conditions, statistics and data on muskie conditions, numbers and catches, member photos and a club calendar.
