Spring is the optimal time to visit Willow Winds to experience a rainbow of color bursting into bloom. These stone, cedar and log cabins are situated to provide easy access to downtown Asheville. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort

Sugar Mountain is the largest ski resort in North Carolina. The mountain's highest peak soars 1,200 feet. There are 20 trails available for both skiing and snowboarding with eight lifts. The 115 acres include varied terrain for the novice and experienced skiers. Winter equipment rental is provided. The resort offers fun activities year-round. Oktoberfest is held annually in autumn. During the summer, the lifts remain open to transport visitors up the mountain for horseback riding, picnics and to enjoy the scenic landscape.

Biltmore Inn
