Giovanna Aquia immigrated to the U.S. in the 1950s from Cefalu, Sicily. She and her husband opened the restaurant in Little Italy to share the genuine taste of Sicily with their new home in Baltimore. The restaurant is adorned with handpainted murals and has an authentic Italian feel. Don't miss the calamari and the baked cavatella. The cannoli are also delicious. Café Gia offers catering for large offsite parties and events.
