Woodland Lakes RV Park is six miles south of downtown Conroe and features three private lakes for guests. It offer 89 sites that all include electric, a picnic table and fire ring, as well as upgraded sites that include sewer hook-ups. Country Place RV Park is seven miles east of downtown Conroe in the rural community of Cut N Shoot, Texas. It offers spacious full hook-up RV sites that include a patio, picnic table and fire ring, along with free wireless Internet. Facility amenities include modern restrooms with private showers, a laundry room and a meeting room with kitchen, along with a fitness area, game room and camp store. The camp has a short hiking trail that runs around the park in the surrounding forest. There also is a stocked fishing pond where guests can fish for bluegill and bass.

Park on the Lake
Park on the Lake is a waterfront campground on Lake Conroe eight miles north of downtown Conroe. It offers more than 100 lakefront camp sites that include partial hook-ups, a picnic table and fire ring. Facility amenities include modern restrooms with private showers, a laundry area and clubhouse with banquet area as well as a camp store, exercise room and library. The park has a private boat launch for its guests as well room to dock 16 boats at the fishing piers. Lake Conroe has quality fishing for bluegill, perch and crappie.
