New Orleans Creole Restaurant
Located in downtown Seattle, the New Orleans Creole Restaurant is housed in a historic building in the city's Pioneer Square. The restaurant has a rustic, New Orleans style of decor with exposed brick and eclectic artifacts on the walls.
The menu consists of Cajun favorites like Cajun shrimp, jambalaya and seafood gumbo. The bar serves specialty cocktails like a Cajun martini (made with jalapeno peppers) and a traditional mint julep.
New Orleans Creole Restaurant also has live music nightly, including blues, Dixieland and jazz bands from across the country.

Marcela's Cookery
Marcela's Cookery is another downtown Seattle Cajun eatery. The restaurant opened in 2008 and has more of a formal setting, with soft lighting and original artwork.
The menu includes entrees such as a rib-eye steak with sauteed mushrooms, pan-seared Bourbon Street salmon, and pasta primavera with red Creole sauce. Marcela's received four stars from Food Network Magazine and has been honored by local publications in the Seattle area. It is closed on Sundays.

Bayou on Bay
Located in the city of Bellingham in Washington's far northwest corner, Bayou on Bay serves Cajun and Creole food in a casual cafe setting. The chefs use fresh, local ingredients when available. Dinner entrees include prawn skewers, a barbecued half chicken and pecan-crusted catfish.
For dessert, diners can choose from pecan pie, chocolate cake and traditional fried French beignets. Bayou on Bay is open for lunch and dinner, as well as for weekend brunch. It is closed on Mondays.
