Marquette, Michigan, is in the state's upper peninsula on Lake Superior. Trails in Marquette are mostly multi-use trails due to the heavy snowfall that the city experiences each winter. Bikers will want to take advantage of the local trails from late spring to fall each year since most trails will not be accessible to bicycles during the winter.
