Missoula, Montana, is on the western side of the state near the border with Idaho. It is surrounded by two forest lands called Lolo National Forest and Flathead National Forest, which provide opportunities for outdoor recreation. Other interests in the area include Missoula's parks, which offer walking trails, a children's theater and Top Hat Casino.

Jim & Mary's RV Park features a laundry facility, bath houses, restrooms and Internet connections. Sites come with full hookups. Nearby attractions include the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Visitor Center, where visitors can see wildlife exhibits and an art gallery, and Travelers Rest State Park, home to hiking trails.

Turah RV Park

Turah RV Park is in Clinton, to the southeast of Missoula. Park features include restrooms, bathhouses, a camp store and propane service. There park also has horseshoes, a playground, swimming and basketball. Sites come with full hookups, Wi-Fi, fire rings and cable TV. The Clark Fork River is across the street, giving guests access to fishing. Wildlife-watchers have a chance to see Bighorn sheep, moose and bears in the Rock Creek Valley.

Ekstrom's Stage Station

Ekstrom's Stage Station is in Clinton. The park has a restaurant, an events area, laundry room, store and bath houses. There is a playground and areas for basketball, picnicking and volleyball. Sites come with full hookups. Tent sites and cabins are also available. Anglers can fish for trout in nearby Rock Creek. Glacier National Park is about three hours to the north and Yellowstone is three hours south of campground.
