Unicoi Springs Camp Resort has 274 RV sites, all equipped with electric, water, sewer and cable TV hookups and a patio with a picnic table. The resort features two swimming pools, a fishing lake with a pier, a playground, a picnic pavilion, fire rings, holey boards, basketball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, miniature golf course, a dump station, laundry facility, restrooms, showers and a billiard table.

Located 2 northeast of Helen, Georgia, Unicoi State Park offers year-round natural, cultural, historical and recreational programs. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy mountain biking, hiking, bird-watching, fishing and lake swimming in the park. The park offers lodge rooms, cottages and 82 RV and tent camping sites. Park amenities include picnic tables, tennis courts, 8 miles of hiking and biking trails, a swimming beach and a restaurant.
