First Watch
At First Watch, it's all about serving the customer. The daily goal is to serve patrons a variety of food items created with the freshest fruits, healthy vegetables and homemade baked goods, along with made-to-order menu selections. For breakfast, brunch or lunch, meals begin with a pot of premium coffee, daily newspaper and free Wi-Fi for those on the go.
The restaurant is convenient to the Tampa Museum of Art, main library and the landmark Tampa Theatre and within walking distance of the inner city park area. First Watch is open from daily from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Samaria Cafe
Located one street over from the Hillsborough River that runs along Ashley Street and the new Riverwalk area, Samaria Cafe starts the day serving breakfast and lunch beginning at 6:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily. Breakfast begins with assorted quiches and omelets, fluffy pancakes and fresh fruits and continues through lunch with juicy burgers, freshly made sandwiches and assorted salads.
From the Tampa Convention Center, less than a three-minute walk from Samaria, the city streetcar system runs from downtown to the St. Pete Times Forum, Florida Aquarium, Channelside district, Centennial Park and Centro Ybor.

The Loading Dock
Located a short walk from the Henry B. Plant Museum at the University of Tampa located along the Hillsborough River, the Loading Dock features a breakfast and lunch menu of freshly made hot and cold selections. Breakfast burritos, combo breakfast wraps, crisp hash browns, specialty coffees, soups, salads and Cuban sandwiches highlight the list of menu items. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
