The Black Bass Resort is situated for camping, fishing and boating, as it sits on Haynes Creek with access into Lake Harris. The tree-lined resort offers RV campers full-hookup campsites that are shady, with some located directly on the water. The resort offers restrooms, camping and bait store, a laundry facility, cabins and tent sites. Boaters and anglers will appreciate the resort's boat ramp, fishing dock and boat slips, with fishing guides available. Lake Griffin State Park, offering canoe rentals, boating and fishing opportunities on Lake Griffin and a nature trail, is approximately three miles north of the resort.

Located on 200 wooded acres on Lake Denham is Holiday Travel Resort. There are 935 sites, with pull-throughs, that are full-hookup with either 30- or 50-amp service. Campers have the choice of sunny or shaded sites. Cable TV and phone connections are available, with Wi-Fi hot spots throughout the campground. The resort has a dump station, laundry facility, recreation hall, two pools, propane and a nine-hole chip-and-putt golf course. Boaters and anglers can use the resort's marina with 210 boat slips and boat ramp. The resort is approximately four miles from the city-operated park Venetian Gardens, which offers a nature trail around Lake Harris, as well as a marina and boat ramp, where anglers can fish for bass in the lake.
