While Riverside County is overlooked in favor of LA and San Diego by most tourists seeking to travel Southern California, the area is actually home to a number of beautiful parks, lakes and forests. Whether you want to explore the wild beauty of Corona or Hemet or would prefer exploring the Temecula Wine Country, there are plenty of wonderful things to do and see throughout Riverside County.

Glen Ivy RV Park

Located in Corona, Glen Ivy is a beautiful resort with a great blend of social activities and natural attractions. The area is reminiscent of The Old West, with tall oaks and short shrubs scattered about the club and surrounding lands. For those who enjoy the company of their fellow travelers, Glen Ivy features a busy recreational calendar with dances, banquets and music shows. Guests can also mingle in the swimming pool, volleyball court, horseshoe pits and the children's playground. Both partial and full hookups are available. Cable TV is offered throughout the park, and some areas receive access to the WiFi hotspots. When you are hungry or need more supplies, head over to the cafe or the general store, which are sure to satisfy all of your needs.

Vail Lake Resort

Vail Lake Resort offers a great blend of social activities and stunning beauty. The campsites are located right beside one of the largest lakes in Temecula, providing visitors with hiking, biking, swimming and fishing opportunities galore. Social activities include parties, fireworks displays, banquets, bike races and wine tasting tours at the nearby wineries. The park also offers daily fun and festivities at the swimming pools and the basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. The park offers a little something to suit just about everyone's interests. Full and partial hookups are available. Propane can be purchased at the park's general store. Wifi is free throughout the park.

Golden Village Palms RV Resort

Golden Village Palms RV Resort is located in the small town of Hemet to the far northeast of Temecula. The park features a wide array of amenities, including a billiards room, a shuffleboard pavilion, a fitness room, a putting green, volleyball courts, a computer lab, a library and a large laundry room. The pet-friendly resort offers full and partial hookups and free cable television. WiFi access is available for a small additional fee.
