Sod House on the Prairie

Sod House invites visitors to "step back in time to the 1880s" and enjoy the lifestyle of simpler, quiet times. Visitors are encouraged to don 19th century rural garb and explore the grounds and spend the night in traditional sod houses. The accommodations are available from April through October with two beds but no indoor plumbing (remember, this is pioneer life). Breakfast is included with the price of your stay.
