Located in northwest Tennessee, the small town of Midway is close to the Kentucky border and just a few miles west of the southern portion of Kentucky Lake. There are several smaller lakes nearby, and Midway's larger neighbor, Paris, has plenty of parks and recreation opportunities. There are fishing tournaments held nearby throughout the year, and you can also explore the Civil War battlefields in the area. If you're looking to camp near Midway, there are several campgrounds from which to choose.

Little Eagle RV Park

Situated on the banks of the Kentucky Lake, Little Eagle RV Park is a gated, family friendly campground that offers plenty of activities for outdoor enthusiasts. The park has cabins for rent with electricity and modern conveniences, and there are many RV sites available with full hookups that include water, sewer and electric service of 20, 30 or 50 amps. All campsites include a fire ring, picnic table and grill. At Little Eagle RV Park, you can launch your boat from the campground's ramp, bring along your poles to the fishing pier on the lake or hike the nearby nature trails in the park. To take advantage of the campground's location, call in advance to book a waterfront site.

The RV sites accommodate vehicles up to 65 feet, and they include full hookups of water, sewer, 50-amp electric service and cable TV for no additional charge. On site you'll find a swimming pool, campground store, snack shop, miniature golf course and even a fenced-in dog park. If you want to get out on the water, there are boat rentals and service at nearby marinas, and hundreds of miles of hiking trails are just minutes away.
