The Silvertip Campground, a 15-minute drive from Cisco Grove, has 23 primitive tenting or RV dirt campsites with no hookups. The campground---which also provides picnic tables, barbecues and restrooms---borders the Mokelumne Wilderness, where popular outdoor exploits include backcountry trekking and camping. Anglers can take advantage of the campground's proximity to the north fork of the Stanislaus River.

Campers will discover 406 sites at the Cisco Grove Campground & RV Park, just one minute from the center of town. RV campers will find both partial and full hookups. The campground has picnic tables, grills, restrooms, a store and laundry facilities. This campground lies a 22-minute drive from Fordyce Lake, where visitors can slip on their snowshoes and walk along the shore.
