Year-Round RV Campgrounds in York, Pennsylvania

York is in the south-central part of Pennsylvania, and is near several venues for outdoor recreation. Rock Ridge County Park, William H. Kain Park, and Codorus State Park, as is the Susquehanna River, which flows by Harrisburg, the state capital, and down to the Chesapeake Bay. These areas offer hiking, biking, boating, and swimming during the summer, as well as cross-country skiing, skating, and ice-fishing in the wintertime.

Indian Rock Campground

The Indian Rock Campground is just south of York; it's a year-round campground that has 40 campsites fully equipped with water, sewer and electric hookups. The campground offers restrooms, shower facilities, a dump station, a camp store which also sells RV parts, Wi-Fi internet access and RV storage. There is a nature trail on the campground, and pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash.

Ben Franklin Park

Located southwest of York, the Ben Franklin RV Park has campsites that have full electric (30/50-amp), water, and sewer hookups. There is also free Wi-Fi internet service available on the property, and groups can also use large party tents. The park is open all year.

Conewago Isle Campground

West of York is the Conewago Isle Campground, which has 91 campsites with electricity, water, and sewer services. There are also shower facilities, a dump station, picnic tables, and fire rings. In addition, the campground has a camp store that sells ice and firewood, a creek for fishing, horseshoe pits, volleyball and basketball courts and a playground. The campground is on a creek that has two waterfalls, and is suitable for paddleboats, and canoes. Conewago is open all year, but there is a 7-ton weight limit on the campground's access bridge.
