Inca's Cafe
Previously called La Esperanza Restaurant, Inca's Cafe is located in the north Dallas suburb of Carrollton. Still family owned and operated, this colorful restaurant offers traditional Peruvian meals in a casually relaxed environment. The walls here are decorated in Peruvian wall hangings, and on the weekends you may just catch a live Latino band. On the menu there are options such as the Lomo Saltado--steak and rice with sauteed vegetables and french fries, or the Aji de Gallina--rooster tossed in a cheese and pepper sauce. There is also ceviche and they serve Inca Kola--a Peruvian soda.

Gran Machu Picchu
Gran Macchu Picchu is located in the Dallas suburb of Garland. The exterior does not necessarily impress and the atmosphere is very casual, yet the fare is authentic Peruvian cuisine. The menu includes the likes of traditional appetizers such as Papa a la Huancaina--potatoes, cheeses, eggs and olives with a spicy kick. For entrees, diners can try the anticucho--a cow heart kabob served with onions and potatoes. The menu also includes a traditional Peruvian ceviche. Portions here are large and the restaurant has a full bar.

Chichos Peruvian Restaurant serves popular Peruvian street foods in a casual setting. Despite the small environment, diners have more than 50 options on the menu. Examples of dishes include pollo a la brasa--spiced rotisserie chicken, or the chaufa--a kind of fried-rice appetizer served all over in Peru as a kind of grab-and-go snack. There are also many seafood dishes. Most dishes are served with a side of french fries. Another aspect of Chichos worth mentioning is that it carries Chicha Morada--a traditional Peruvian drink.
