Campgrounds Near Niagara Falls, New York

Niagara Falls is one of the most popular tourist spots in North America and Canada. The falls and the surrounding area provide recreational opportunities galore from hiking and running to canoeing and fishing. The following campgrounds offer easy access to the falls and recreation as well as a place to rest after a long day.

Niagara Falls Campground

The Niagara Falls Campground is six miles away from the "gateway" to the falls. Stop by the falls for tremendous views with hiking, cycling and walking opportunities. The campground has a pool and playground for activity close to home.

RV and tent sites are shaded, level and open. RV campers up to 70 feet can be accommodated up to 50-amp electric at the sites, with full hook ups available. Most sites are drive or pull-through. Free Wi-Fi, cable and hot showers are available to guests. Laundry facilities are on the grounds and pets are welcome and can enjoy the pet walking area. Enjoy meals at the picnic table and cooked on the fire pit at your site. The campground store has souvenirs and any supplies you might need.

Niagara Falls North / Lewiston KOA

Open from April 15 to October 15, the Niagara Falls KOA is less then a 10 mile drive to the falls. Rent a bike at the campground or ride your own. Hiking trails are also right at the KOA. Basketball and volleyball courts, a theme playground and pool are also available to guests, as well as a professional golf course a mile away.

There are electric, sewer and water hook-ups for RV campers as well as drive-through sites. Some water and electric are available to tent guests. A fire ring and picnic table are at each site. Restrooms with showers, a game arcade, laundry and cable modem service are available to guests. LP gas fill-ups and supplies are available at the camp store.

Four Mile Creek State Park Campground

About 15 minutes north of Niagara Falls is Four Mile Creek State Park Campground. It offers 257 campsites, hiking and run trails within in the park, fishing, canoeing and swimming in Lake Ontario.

RV sites have up to 50-amp electric. Twenty-one premium sites with and without electric on the shores of Lake Ontario are also available. Enjoy birds and deer at Four Mile Creek. There is a camp store, showers and laundry facilities available. There is also a playground for kids, picnic tables and fire pits as well as a dump station.
