Lake Palestine is a 25,560-acre lake located on the Neches River 15 miles southwest of Tyler. Popular activities for visitors include fishing, boating, water skiing and swimming. The area also boasts hiking trails and opportunities for hunting, bird-watching and wildlife viewing. When traveling to Lake Palestine in an RV there are a number of parks and campgrounds in the area from which to choose.

Lake Palestine Resort

Located approximately 20 minutes from Tyler and with 2700 feet of southwest shoreline along Lake Palestine, Lake Palestine Resort has 50 sites with 30- or 50-amp full hookups. It features Wi-Fi Internet, convenience store, onsite restaurant, banquet hall, swimming beach and marina. Visitors typically enjoy water craft activities and swimming on Lake Palestine. The resort hosts a number of annual fishing tournaments that are popular among residents and tourists. Cabins, lodge suites and boat rentals are also available.

Trails End RV Camp

Trails End RV Camp is located along the banks of Lake Palestine and has 25 sites with 30- or 50-amp full hookups. It features Wi-Fi Internet, a quiet family environment, a boat ramp and welcomes fulltime RVers and pets. Visitors should look for the big red covered wagon at entry and can expect to enjoy boating, fishing, swimming on the lake and hiking area trails.

Salina Bay RV Park

Located on the shores of Lake Palestine approximately 12 miles south of Tyler, Salina Bay RV Park is a family owned park with 50 sites with full hookups and features a swimming beach, lakeside sites, laundry facilities and a boat launch and fishing pier. Daily, weekly and extended stay sites are available. Water skiing, boating, swimming and fishing are popular activities for visitors.
