Old Mill Stream Campground
Old Mill Stream Campground is located on a 25 acre plot 14 miles outside of Lancaster City. The campground offers tent sites for one tent and up to four people, although additional tents and people may be added for an extra fee. A picnic table and fire ring are also included at each site. Old Mill Stream Campground offers restrooms with hot showers in addition to WiFi and plug-in modem internet access. There is a general store on site, as well as a recreation hall that's available for rent by groups. An arcade area and playground are also available for children. Outdoors enthusiasts will enjoy cycling down the area's quiet farm-lined roads. The village of Strasburg is only five miles away.

Lickdale Campground
Lickdale Campground is located in northern Lebanon County, just four miles south of Swatara Gap State Park. This campground offers both RV and tent sites. Bathhouse and laundry facilities are available on site. There is also a propane filling station and WiFi throughout the campground. Ammenities include a game room, activity room, basketball court and volleyball court, as well as a playground for children. There is also a large general store on site. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the canoe and kayak rentals offered by Lickdale Campground and the campground's close proximity to Swatara Gap State Park. Swatara Gap State Park is a 3,520 acre state park that features hiking along the Appalachian trail and cycling on the Swatara Multi-use Trail. Trout Run is Swatara Gap's only regularly stocked trout stream, although there are a few smaller creeks with natural populations. The Swatara Creek is a popular area for canoeing and kayaking and is limited to non-powered boats only.

Shady Oaks Campsite
Shady Oaks Campsite is located on the eastern side of Lebanon County and bills itself as a "rustic type campground environment." Campsites are wooded and grassy and each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. Tent sites have water nearby and there are also primitive cabins available for rental. Hot showers and a coin-operated laundromat are available on site. Amenities include a swimming pool with limited life guard coverage, a game room and basketball and volleyball courts. There is also a playground for small children. Shady Oaks Campsite is just seven miles north of the Middle Creek Reservoir--a popular local boating and fishing spot.
