Mexican Restaurants in Buffalo, New York
Buffalo, New York, on the eastern edge of Lake Erie, is famous for its snowy winters. The region offers excellent ice fishing and downhill and Nordic skiing. The city's numerous Mexican restaurants, meanwhile, offer a place to get warm. Like many Great Lakes cities, New York farmers have traditionally used Mexican laborers in their grape and tomato fields. Some of these immigrants stayed and opened restaurants. Buffalo is less than an hour's drive from Niagara Falls.
