RV Campgrounds in Spooner, WI
Spooner is a small town in Washburn County in northern Wisconsin, west of Spooner Lake and north of Shell Lake and east of Chequamegon National Forest. Many miles of snowmobiling and cross-country ski trails surround the town, and fishing and boating are popular on the miles of waterfront in the area. RV camping is possible at several sites.

Country House Motel and RV Park

Country House Motel and RV Park is a small, 21-site facility behind a motel with hookups for 50-amp electric and water. Some sites are pull-through, some back-in and some have shade. Free Wi-Fi is available in the park. Most of the sites have picnic tables, and guests can use the pool and hot tub in the motel. Pets are allowed at the facility. A 24-hour grocery store is across the street, and the Wild Rivers Snowmobile Trail is adjacent to the campground.

Highland Park RV Park and Campground

Highland Park RV Park and Campground is a small, 20-site facility with pull-through access. It is west of Spooner near Carlton Lake. Full hookups, with 50-amp electric, water and sewer are available, and most of the sites have shade trees. Pets are allowed. Showers and bathrooms are available at the site as well. Highland Park is closed during the winter months.

Scenic View Campground

Scenic View Campground has 40 sites spread out over several camping areas. The first area has views of Poquette Lake. The lake has a beach, and fishing boat rentals are available. Full hookups are available at Area 3, while water and electric hookups are available at most others. Some sites have only electric hookups available. A playground is centrally located between all of the sites. A bar is on site and open every night, offering a pool table, karaoke and a monthly potluck dinner.
