Lake Demmon Recreation Area is northeast of Canisteo in Bath, New York. On-site recreation includes fishing at the lake, boating and swimming. Canoes, paddle boats and row boats are available for rent, or you can use your own. Motor boats cannot be over 50 horsepower. Sites come with full hook ups with 30-amp electrical connections, picnic tables and fire pits. Tent sites are also available.
