Piepenburg Park
Piepenburg Park is only 7 miles northwest of Hutchinson. The campground has 28 spaces for both tents and pop-up campers. Electric service is optional at the campsites and air conditioning hookups are available. The facilities provided include showers and a dump station. The park is located alongside Belle Lake and three other lakes are within a short drive of the site. Belle Lake offers beach swimming, a pier and a boat launch. The park has a softball field, volleyball pit and playground. Hikers can explore the Red Rock Trail, and cross-country skiing trails are open in winter. Cedar Lake is about one mile from the park and offers rental boats at the Cedar Lake Memorial Park Campground.

Lake Marion Park
Lake Marion Park is just 7.5 miles south of Hutchinson. The 80- acre park has 45 campsites, with 20 tent-only and 25 camper or RV sites. Each offers water, electric and air conditioning hookups. Flush toilets, showers and a dump station are provided for travelers to use. At the park, beach swimming, a boat landing area and a pier supply lake access. The grounds also hold playground equipment, a softball field, volleyball court and a short hiking trail. In winter, guests can find groomed cross-country ski trails. The park is 7 miles from Mud Lake, Barber Lake and Eagle Lake--located at the Ras-Lyn State Wildlife Management Area.

Collinwood Lake Park
Collinwood Lake Park is 20 miles north of Hutchinson and provides 49 campsites that include electric hookups. Group camp facilities are also available. The park has toilets and showers, plus a dump station for RV campers. Guests can sample a number of outdoor games at this location--from horseshoes to sand volleyball. The grounds feature 5 miles of trails for skiing or hiking. Visitors can enjoy beach swimming and use the boat launch and pier for greater access to the lake.
