Minnesota RV Resorts Near St. Paul
Campers traveling to St. Paul, Minnesota, will find several seasonal campgrounds located around the city. If you've come in Minnesota's warm months, you'll find much to see and do, from biking or jogging on the Gateway Trail to exploring the Minnesota Science Museum or the Como Park Zoo. The Mississippi River runs through the city, so there are also many opportunities for kayaking and boating. Traveling around St. Paul by RV is a great way to get to know the Twin City area.

Minneapolis Northwest KOA

Located a short drive from St. Paul, the Minneapolis Northwest KOA is a family-friendly campground that is open from April 1 to October 15. You'll fine 20 acres of thickly wooded land here, with cabins, tent sites, and full hookup sites for RVs that include telephone service, cable TV and electrical service up to 50 amps. Pull-through sites can accommodate RVs up to 80 feet long. The Minneapolis Northwest KOA has an outdoor swimming pool that is open May 22 through September 8, but the mini golf course and group activities go on throughout the season. Downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis are just a short drive away, as are state parks and attractions like the Mall of America.

Shakopee Valley RV Park

Shakopee Valley RV Park is located along the Minnesota River, and it is open from the end of April into September. There are over 100 sites with hookups for RVs, and they have both 30- and 50-amp electrical service. There is an indoor pool at the campground, as well as a game room, playground and laundry facility. If you forget any supplies, there's a store on-site with everything you might need. Bring the whole family along to enjoy the paved biking and hiking trails in the park.

St. Paul East RV Park

St. Paul East RV Park is located just a few miles from the city's downtown area, and it is open from April 10 through October 6, weather permitting. The campground offers hookup sites for RVs with water and sewer service and electric service up to 50 amps. There are pull-through sites as well, and they accommodate vehicles up to 80 feet. Amenities abound and include free Wi-Fi, pet sitting and telephone service. There is a heated swimming pool that is open from May 22 through Labor Day, and the park offers a playground, a volleyball court and horseshoe pits. There's also a security gate so you can feel safe during your stay at St. Paul East RV Park.
