RV Campgrounds near North Shore, Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe is a beautiful lake with deep blue waters, surrounded by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Several small towns and communities are around the lake, which is half in California and half in Nevada. On both sides, you will find many outdoor recreational activities, such as horseback riding, snow skiing, swimming, hiking and fishing. You will also discover casinos on the Nevada side. The northern section of the lake has several campgrounds a short drive away.

Silver Sage RV Park

Silver Sage RV Park is located about 20 miles north of the north shore of Lake Tahoe. On-site features include a laundry room, bathhouse, security, picnic area with grills and Wi-Fi service. Sites at the park have full hookups, electrical connections, cable TV and phone service. Across the street is the Peppermill Casino and many other casinos, shops and restaurants are around town.

Coachland RV Park

Coachland RV Park is northwest of the north shore of Lake Tahoe, 20 minutes away. Amenities of the park include picnic sites with grills, a dump station, laundry, Internet access and events area. There are several recreational choices at the park, such as a playground, wooded area with trails and planned activities. Sites come with full hookups with up to 50-amp electrical connections and cable TV. Pull-throughs are available. There is plenty of outdoor recreation nearby, including fishing, boating and skiing.

Comstock Country RV Resort

Comstock Country RV Resort is a 30-minute drive of the north shore of Lake Tahoe. On-property features include free Wi-Fi, a camp store, laundry room, propane service, fitness area, kitchen and bathhouses. The park offers recreation such as an outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball and volleyball. Sites come equipped with full hookups, up to 50 amps of electricity and free cable TV. A casino is next door to the campground.
