Lake Kissimmee State Park

Fishing and boating on the surrounding lakes of Lake Kissimmee, Tiger Lake and Lake Rosalie bring day visitors and overnight guests to Lake Kissimmee State Park, east of Lake Wales. Campsites have electric and water suitable for tent or RV use. Two additional campsites allow primitive campers to pitch a tent along the miles of hiking trails running throughout the park. A cow camp is garrisoned during the cooler months of the year, allowing insight into the life of late 19th century settlers of central Florida.
