Restaurants in Treasure Island, San Francisco
Treasure Island is an artificial island situated between San Francisco and Oakland. It was originally meant to be used as an airport, but is now an emerging San Francisco neighborhood and former navy base still owned by the military. Treasure Island is home to the Treasure Island Museum and is a popular place to spot sea lions. There's not much commerce on Treasure Island, but it's a good place for views of the San Francisco Skyline or an afternoon picnic on a nice day.
