East Tawas City Park
Located adjacent to downtown and east of East Tawas Harbor of Refuge, East Tawas City Park is located along the shores of Tawas Bay and is a city managed park. It features 174 sites with 30-amp full hookups and can accommodate RVs up to 37 feet. Open all year, it features cable TV, bathhouses with showers, a playground, 1600 foot swimming beach, a paved bicycle and pedestrian trail, a fishing pier and access to the State boat launch. Swimming, fishing, boating, biking, walking and wildlife viewing are popular activities.

Tawas Point State Park
Tawas Point State Park is located 2.5 miles southeast of East Tawas and features 183 acres along Tawas Bay. Often referred to as the "Cape Cod of the Midwest," the onsite campground has 193 sites with electricity and features modern restrooms, a playground and dump station. Swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing and visiting Tawas Point Lighthouse, the Victorian-era style lighthouse on the Great Lakes are popular activities for visitors.

East Branch River RV Park
Located approximately 10 minutes from East Tawas, East Branch River RV Park is located on over 48 acres along the East Branch of the Au Gres River. There are 125 sites, 35 of which have 20-, 30- or 50-amp full hookups. Open from May 1 to October 31, the park features restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, a recreation room, basketball and shuffleboard courts, swimming pool and playground. Popular activities for visitors include fishing, swimming, boating and wildlife viewing.
