RV Parks Near Rock Hill, South Carolina
Located in north central South Carolina, Rock Hill is a medium-sized town that is convenient to the beach, the mountains and the big city of Charlotte, North Carolina. It also has many parks and festivals that make it a great camping destination. If you're traveling to the area in your RV and looking for a campground, you'll have several from which to choose.

Ebenezer Park

Maintained by York County, Ebenezer Park is a 26-acre area located on Lake Wylie that offers opportunities for camping, swimming, fishing and boating. The park has 69 full hookup sites for RVs with electric, water and sewer service, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are fire rings and picnic tables at each site, and Ebenezer Park welcomes pets, as long as they are leashed. Alcohol is not allowed at the park. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can swim in the lake in the designated area with lifeguards. Launch your watercraft on one of the three boat ramps at the park to enjoy a day out on Lake Wylie.

Andrew Jackson State Park

Andrew Jackson State Park is located about 15 miles southeast of Rock Hill on the land where the U.S. president grew up. The RV sites have water and electric hookups, and five of the sites are pull-through and can accommodate recreational vehicles up to 36 feet long. The other sites accommodate RVs up to 30 feet long. The park offers living-history programs with docents in period clothing and a replica of an 18th-century one-room schoolhouse. You can fish at the 18-acre lake located within Andrew Jackson State Park or trek through the miles of nature trails that wind through the park.

Charlotte/Fort Mill KOA

Just a few miles of I-77 from Rock Hill is the Charlotte/Fort Mill KOA RV Park and Campground. The park has 200 RV and tent sites, and they can accommodate any size RV in their full hookup sites that include water, sewer, and electric service up to 50 amps. There is a large swimming pool in the campground that is open from May 1 to September 30 as well as a mini-golf course, arcade games, a pool table and dart boards. There are several eateries on the property, as well as a camp store with any supplies you may have forgotten. On Friday and Saturday nights in the summer, family-friendly outdoor movies are shown on the inflatable screen.
