Texarkana KOA
The Texarkana KOA is situated where U.S. 59/71 intersects with I-30, making it a convenient stop for even the largest of RVs. Like most KOAs, the property offers a mixture of RV and tent campsites, as well as rental "kamping kabins." There are 42 paved RV sites with full hookups, and the camping facilities include showers, coin laundry, RV wash station and camp store. It also has a swimming pool, playground, pet area and private fishing pond. Outside the KOA, there are a number of restaurants in the immediate area, such as Zapata Grill and Mexican Cantina and Big Jake's Bar-B-Q. This RV park's is only three miles from the Red River and roughly 12 miles to Millwood Lake.

Clear Springs Campground
Clear Springs is a public campground on the shores of Wright Patnam Lake. It has 116 RV sites with 30-amp electrical hookups, the largest of which is 80 feet long. The campground is serviced by a pair of shower houses and a dump station. Other amenities at the campground include a playground, courts for volleyball, horseshoes and basketball, swimming beach and a boat ramp. Wright Patnam Lake is an outdoors attraction in its own right, offering opportunities for boating, fishing and other water sports.

Shady Pines RV Center
Shady Pines has 48 RV paved sites with full hookups (30- and 50-amp), as well as cable TV and telephone connections. Many of the sites are pull-throughs. Other facilities and features include a bathhouse, coin laundry, sheltered picnic tables, game room, public kitchen, and a private fishing pond stocked with bass, drim, catfish and crappie. In addition to being an RV park, Shady Pines is also an RV sales and service center, making it a good place to stop if your rig needs some work done during the course of your trip.

Four States Fair Grounds RV Park
Part of a fair grounds complex on the Arkansas side of Texarkana, the Four States Fair Grounds RV Park is organized parking-lot style, with 82 open, paved RV sites. However, there is some shade, as the lanes of sites are bordered by woodlots. All of the sites have full hookups. The RV park is less than 1/4 mile from I-30, as well as the Texas 151 Loop that serves as Texarkana's ring road. That combination gives it convenient access to the Red River and a plethora of adjacent small lakes along a broad arc to the east and southeast of town.
